Mango is the soul of mango sticky rice. Its sweetness is balanced by salty-sweet coconut cream, and the fruit has to be ripe enough to stand up to chocolate. Nam Dok Mai is one of Thailand’s best-loved varieties, loved for its smooth, juicy flesh and golden colour. We build our flavour around that same idea: let the fruit lead.
